The Teheran correspondent of "Tto Times" reports that tho entire Persian press is advocating' closer relations with. Turkey and Germany, and glorifying tho Kaiser as the protector of Islam. . St. Petersburg, November 16. It is-claimed that tho projected railway across Persia from the Caucasus to Baluchistan will shorten the journey from London to Bombay to seven days, and reduce the cost of travelling by 20 por cent.
