The "Pall Mall, Gazette" states that early in 1911 a flotilla of submarines will leave for Houg Kong, where it will be' permanently stationed.. This will be the first step in tho distribution of submarines among naval bases abroad. Probably the next flotilla will be for Gibraltar.
