OFFENSIVE RACIAL BAR.
SUGGESTIONS BY ALL-INDIA MOSLEM LEAGUE. .;«;.' By Telegraph—Press Association-OopyTißht. (Eec. November 17, 10.53 p.m.) London, November .17. The .All India Moslem League has appealed .to. the Secretary, for tho Colonies not to countenance any South. African law making repatriation, of immigrants compulsory on tho expiry, of their indentures.. Regarding Australia and New Zealand, the Leaguo states that,, while complete freedom of immigration.' is, beyond the scope of practical politics, tho removal of an offensive racial bar is essential. To grant passports would do little to mitigate the . bitterness. The League suggests that the matter be referred to the Imperial Conference, at which the Indian representation .should be more ample and include the natives.
