The "None Freie Presso" says that Great Britain's 13.5-inch guns for her new Dreadnoughts put Austria-Hun-gary ill a serious plight. Either her now Dreadnoughts will be , outclassed before they are launched, or the country must undertake a new and vast expenditure.
