' Sweeten the milk, pour it.boiling on : the breadcrumbs, add. .the lemon rind and'b.utter; : Let it'cool, I then add the' beaten yolks .! of tho; eggs.; Butter a piedish, put in the mixture. Bake in a slow oven till, set, but not brown. Then'. spread ; over it a layer of apricot jam. -Beat-the.' eggs'to a firm froth.
