Obituary. By tie death, at the advanced ago of 91 years, on September 26, of Mrs. Moylo, another link with the early history of Taranaki is severed, says an exchange. The deceased' lady, who landed at New .■'•Plymouth, from the barque Essex, on January■.■■ 23,' 1843, was tho. last survivor, of; tho married people, or heads of families,' who left the West of England under the direction of the Plymouth Company to coloniso this part- of New Zealand. Tho Essex, a. barque of .392 tons, Captain Oakley, cleared Plymouth Sound on tho evening of September 3, 1842, and calling at Wellington for orders,-came on to Now Plymouth,, arriving' here on January 23, 1843.
