MONTHLY MEETING. • The monthly, meeting of the' Wellington Kdncation Board was' held yesterday, there being'present': The Chairman:(Mr. Eohert Lee) and Messrs. W. C. Buchanan, M.P., A. A coinunmication from the Education Department intimated that consideration of the board's application for: a grant if or Worser Bay' School had been,deferred. . The, Education Department.forwarded a. grant of Ms,} towards the cost of sewing, machines to be used, in connection with tlu>; dressmaking classes at centres taking the. rural course. ■• , ""' .
