The Athens correspondent of "Tho Times" 6tates that Rumania, which, is stated to have coino to an agreement with Turkey, has promised to mobilise troops on the Bulgarian frontier in the event of a Turko-Bulgarian war, thus obviating the necessity for Turkey to "send further Asiatic troops to the Bulgarian and Greek frontiers; ■ GREECE UNEASY. FEARS WAR WITH TURKEY. (Rec.. September 27, U p.m.) London, September 27. "The Times" Athens correspondent comments on-what is regarded as tho provocative attitude of Turkey to Greece. • It is alleged that Turkey's attitude is inspired by the consciousness, of. powerful support from abroad. ' The correspondent mentions that Grecian apprehensions rest on the possibility, of an irruption of irregulars from the Turkish, side across the frontier precipitating a conflict, and,also on the suspicion that Turkey may initiate hostilities without notice. '.
