Three eggs, Ij apples, Jib. breadcrumbs, 3oz. sugar, 3oz. currants, salt an'd nutmeg to tasto, ■ rind. of half-lemon. '■ ■■ Mince the apples into small pieces and mix them with the other dry ingredients; beat, the eggs, arid add them to the mixture, and beat all together well. Put into u buttered mould, , tie down carefully with a> pudding cloth, an 3 boil I.V hours. FOR TO-MORROW. 21b. fillet ,of steak. Two doz. oysters.' Vegetable marrow. Cheese.
