(Specially written lor.The Dominion.) '■•''TUESDAY.''. • Spring soup.. ■' Roast leg of mutton. Onion sauce. Stewed; celery. "■ '.'■ r Date puddiiig'. DATE PUDDING. Two oup's of flour, .1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of dates, 1 teaspoonful of spice, 1 teuspoonful of nutmeg, 1 teaspoonful ot soda, J cup of caldwater, i cup ot honing water, 1 tablespoonful of-butter. '• Dissolve the butter 'in the boiling water, and the soda in the cold water. Cut the dates'up small.. Mix.tie ingredients ' all together overnight,, tie loosely in a pudding cloth, and boil four hours; serve with sweet melted butter, ■ FOR TO-MORROW. 1 tin oi tomatoes. 1 quart of stock. Sago. 1 onion. Cold meat. Breadcrumbs. Fat for frying.-. Cauliflower. -.Apples.; Suet.
