In connection with tho thefts of money by John Black, accountant, from his employers, Freedman and Company, the latter recently proceeded against Black for the recovery, of .£1394, alleged to have been stolen, and against Mrs.-Black for i£7sl and .£250, alleged to have been paid by Black out of the J6I3M. The Court has given judgment, ordering tho repayment of the amount claimed.
