■'■ ■■ ' '"-——*——- ■ ':- ; Speaking last evening, to'> a Dominion representative, the, Mayoress stated that no further announcements in reference to the Children's Hospital Fund would bo made prior to the meeting of the fund committee; which is to be held in the Concert Chamber of the Town Hall on Monday next. Mrs. Wilford stated that apparently some: collectors are holding back their lists in the belief that they should bo handed in at the meeting of the committee. This is erroneous.' All lists and any outstanding subscriptions should be handed in as soon as possible, in order that completed accounts may bo laid, before the committee. His Excellency the Governor, Lord Islington, has promised to attend the meeting of the committee on Monday. ■ "' ... The • following are additional subscriptions:—Collected by Mrs..
