A discussion arose: as to. the best, method by .which tho necessary number of signatures could be obtained,-and it was.resolved to have fresh forms of petitions drawn, out and" distributed . amongst the-. country members, and to canvass for signatures. The secretary , read out; a, classified /list of 'tho,- memberSi'.'Shdiving that. the total membership was!,4o2,'*; and , the' president ■urged that' a/special'effort be made to have those districts more strongly represented "where';.'th'e -membership was weak: .' ■ The/revised rules w;ere. approved.
