Owing to the fact, that the' butter'passed through so maily, hands'.'ifwas rather costly, and Mr.-.Ellison' was endeavouring, to arrange that' fewer" hands, should .be. interested. Ho might-say that 2s..per cwi.'was equal to :£2 per ton, and that meant- that many thousands; would-be saved. '
