Company, which has already, a fleet of 63 steamers with an aggregate tonnage of 193,000 tons, has bought a controlling interest in the" well-kuown Allan line. The Allan line has 27 steamers, aggregating 156,0-17 tons, and owns-the fastest liners running from Great Britain to Canada. The largest vessel is the Corsican,. 11,436 tons. The Canadian Pacific Company is : adding to the fleet two new boats of 20 knots and 20,000 tons' .each.'
