SUMMABY AXD FOBECAST. Tho barometer .has been unsteady cvers'where, and the winds have backed to northerly in most parts of the country. Showers were experienced in-thc night, but the day has.been generally fine. Present indications are for northerly winds, freshening everywhere. A change in tho weather is probable generally, and rain may bo expected soon.
