The death is announced of Sir Joseph Walton, of the King's Bench Division. [Sir Joseph Walton was born in 1845, and was therefore 65' years of age. He was educated at Stoneyhurst, and became a barrister at Lincoln's Inn in 1865; Q.C., 1892; Bencher, 1896; Chairman of tho General Council of the Bar, 1899; Recorder of Wigan, 1895-1901:. and Judgo of the King's Bench Division since 1901.1
