ATTACKS ON PASSENGERS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, August 10. Itemarkablo train outrages havo been reported. William Frost, a first-class passenger, was shot -while travelling on tho Metropolitan Railway. Ho had a desperate struggle with his assailant, who escaped, but was captured by plate-layers. Hiss Grace daughter of a wellknown Nottingham merchant, was discovered in a railway carriage, bleeding and insensible. Her assailant escaped.
