A FORWARD MOVE. (Rec. July 4, 11.10 p.m.) • Bloemfontein, July 4. As a result of tho meeting bold in May, schools wore immediately opened .at Bloomfontuin, Harrismith, Bethlehem, and Flicksburg. Other schools arc also contemplated and Trill bo built as funds are available. Tho curriculum will be similar to the Transvaal code of 1900. > Tho children will bo taught per medium of their mother tongue, and the teachers will bo eligible, whether unilingual or bilingual, and irrespective ol' their nationality.
