(Specially irritt«n for Thji DohinionJ SATURDAY. ' ' Kidney 'soup. 'Stewed knuckle of veal. Potatoes. t Celery. Cup pudding. ■ : : SUNDAY. ' Julienne soup'. Colonial goose. • Baked potatoes. Brussels sprouts. Plum pudding. Baked custard. , -SUPPER.' Lobster, mayonnaise. Cold mutton. Salad. • -Apple tart. Swiss roll. 'Cream. ■■ ■ '. PLUM PUDDING. Two breakfastcupfuls. of ' flour, 1 foreakfasteupful. of currants, 1 breakfastcupful of sultanas, 1 breakfastcupful- of sugar, 1 tablespoonful of butter, J cup' of boiling water, J cup of cold water, 1 teaspoonful of spice, grated. Dissolve the butter in the hot water. Dissolve the soda in the cold water. Mix all the dry ingredients, add the water, mix arid leave all night. ,Wet arid flour a cloth. Boil 4" hours.
