< Tho Horowhenua Association have accepted July 9 for their challenge match against Wellington. It will be remembered that Poverty Bay withdrew their challenge, and the above, date was offered the Horowhenua Association.
Arrangements for tlio match will be proceeded with as quickly as possible. It is anticipated that the game will be interesting, and a large gate is 'anticipated,
