All the Swiss trains, which were at a standstill owing to tho, heavy damage caused to the railways by the recent floods, have resumed their running. HUGE MOVABLE DOCK. Berlin, June 19. Tho residents of the island of Heligoland, in the German Ocean, recently transferred by Grejit Britain to Germany, on July 1 become subject to tho same obligations as thoso of Germany regarding servicc in the army and liability lo taxation.
