ACCOUNTANT STUDENTS' SOCIETY.
Tho monthly meeting of the Wellington Accountant Shutouts' Society was held in tho Chamber of Commerce last evening, Mr. E. \Y. Hunt, vice-president being i" Hi" chair. Mr. T. Young delivered a lecture on "Prospectus, Memoranda, and Articles of Association of Companies." There was a large attendance, and tho lecturer received a pationt hearing. A discussion took placo at tho conclusion of the address, and members submitted seTwal questions, which wero answered by Mr. Young. The next lecturo will be .delivered on July 13 by Mr. 11. Myers,
