The barometer has fallen everywhere, and •• the weather has been cool and changeable, showery on the west coast and southern districts. . Westerly winds have prevailed, and a gale has continued ill Foveaus Strait. Present, indications are for a fall- - in? barometer everywhere, with strong westerly winds, cloudy and unsettled weather. Tho barometer will probably continue low in the south for a few days, and rain will probably be general. A southerly may bo expected about Monday night, with a rising barometer.
