With regard to the bomb explosion in Madrid at the monument to the victims of the bomb outrage in lflOfi (when an attempt wns made on the lives of the King and Queen of Spain), it is now , proved that tho bomb burst prematurely. I The man who was carrying tho bomb , died, without being identified. All initials and other marks had been previously cut out of his linen. Subsequently, he was identified as a man named Tnborelli, who recently camo from Argentina. Ho carried the bomb in a bag, and inquired from a soldier outside the palace if King Alfonso had arrived. Finding his Majesty had not arrived, tho . man asked when he was expected. It is believed that ho then changed his plan, delaying the outrngo until ho be- i lioved tho King had arrived.
