One pound soaked prunes, one- lemon rind, quarter pound sugar, half ounce gelatine, one dessertspoon coconut. Remove stones from prunes, add the water to fruit, lemon rind, and sugar. Stew until soft, then add soaked gelatine. Pour into wetted mould; when coid, turn out and serve with dessicated coconut sprinkled over. Tho lemon rind should be removed before the gelatine is added.
