STATE ACTION. By TeleeraDh—Presa Association—Copyright (Rec. May 25, 0.55 a.m.) Melbourne, May 24. The State Attornoy-General (Mr. J. D. Brown) has decided to file a presentment against Robert Harper (Fusionist M.H.H. for Mcrnda, Victoria), and William Harper (merchants), and "William Brockett, and Walter Kemp (solicitors), charging them with conspiracy in connection with the. Ronald-Harper case. Other accused in connection with the case are Patrick Hill and Huxley. [The brief circumstances of the ,case appeared in yesterday's issue, along with the following Melbourne cablegram: /"In the charges of perjury and conspiracy arising out of the libel action, Eev. j. B. Ronald v. Mr. Robert Harper, M.H.R., Patrick Hill was found guilty of conspiracy, and was sentenced to imprisonment for five years and nine months."]
