Sampson, and I'. 11. fc.iljrour, held its ordinary meeting in tho P *The° Ground Committee reported that tho green had been closed, and had been tnp-drossod by.tho caretaker, so that it should be in excellent condition when it is reopened. , It was resolved that tho annual "social ,, be,held, and that tho arrangements thsrofor bo loft in tho hands of Messrs. -Broad, Smith, Skoglaud, aud Truscott, and also .that the annual, meeting of tho club take place' during the second week in Juno.
