Liverpool bankers are refusing to aocept the January drafts of Knight, Yancey, and Co., the Alabama oottonbrokew, who recently failed, and whose spurious bills of lading caused great loss in Liverpool. The drafts represent thousands of bales. This action will, throw the liability on American brokers.
