One small tinned pineapple, thin blicos of stale biead, sugar to taste, 2 eggs, i pint milk, lemon juico. Slice the pmeapplo thinly and lay m a piedish in alternate lajors with the bread soaked in the syrup. Sprinkle sugar and lemon juico between the lajers. Beat up egf*s, and pour these, ni\cd with the milk over the lajers Bake 1 hour in moderate oven. Whip up whites , stiffly with somo sugar and place over the top; set back in oven to brown slightly.
