The extension of the political independence of Alsace-Lorraine was proraised in tho Reichstag recently by the Imperial Chancellor, who unexpectedly announced that "a Bill concerning tho Constitution and tho development of tho Constitution of AlaaceJJorraißo" had boon drafted ready for presentation to the Federal Council. In hoping that their efforts would receive encouragement from the population of Alsace-Lorraine, tho Chancollor said it must be plain to everybody that expressions of directly anti-German feeling did not makothe grant of greater ■independence precisely easy. ■ Coughs and colds have no ohanoe where "Dingo" Eucalyptus Is used.
