Br leleerapn—Press London, April 28. .Oatzes and Gerritsen, produce merchants, of Tooley Street, were fined 40s. and a guinea oosts for. importing'from Adelaide, per the steamer Mantua, butter containing 18.3 per cent, of water (being 2.3 per cent, in excess of the limit of moisture, allowed by law). The defence attributed the excessive moisture in the butter to the severe beat early, in November, and the necessary use of ice- in consequentxi. . .'•■:
