ALBANIANS HOLD EXTENDED , POSITION. SHEVKET CONCENTRATING. fiy Toleuraph—Press ABSociatlon-Oopyrlfht Constantinople, April 28. In connection with tho revolt of Albanians who favour the old Turkish regime, it is reported that one Albanian force eastwards of the railway is holding up the troops under Shevket Pasha, near Prishtina. ' A second force of Albanians, consisting of tho and Preshova iu6Urgonts, holds tho Katchanik Pass, and is threatening Shevket Pasha's communications. A third, composed of Lyuma and Prizren Albanians, has reoccupied , the Tzernolieva Pass, and holds tho PrizrenFerisovitch road. The insurgents refrain from molesting Christian villages. The Turks aro overwhelmingly concentrating towards Katchanik. Tho electors of Prizren and Ipek threaten to shoot tho deputies (sent by them to the Turkish Parliament) if tbey return to their constituencies. The electors accuso tho deputies of co-operation with the Committee of Union and Progress with regard to the anti-Albanian policy.
