Burt and Fenwick, for the Morpeth and Warisbeck seats, respectively, at the next Parliamentary election. V [It was at first reported that by a small majority the miners had decided to run Labour ' candidates against Messrs. Burt and Fenwick, who refused to take the party pledge.]
