Tho oft-repeated complaint about delays to shippine on account of the shortage of railway trucks hag been voiced again, owiss to tho inability of the Railway Department to cope with, tho cpiil landed 11:1s week. The steamer Kaitiina. which reached Wellington; on Wednesday with.a carco- of coal from the West Coast, had not been able to complete her discharge up to yesterday, and as a result of tho available trucks being occupied at the above vessel She Kamona 'and Kotuku. which arrived on Thursday, and the Kaitangata, whioh arrived yesterday, had been usable to make a start with their discharging.
