ACCOUNTANT STUDENTS' SOCIETY.
There was a ' large attendance at the monthly meeting .of the Wellington Accountant Students' Society on Wednesday evening, when the members of the committee read ton minutes' papers. The subjects of these were: "Monetary Problems," Mr. H. A. Gold; "General Average," Mr. H. W. Mackisack; "Assets," Mr. C. 'H. Matthews; "Self-balancing Ledgers," Mr. A. J. Petherick; and "Capital Expenditure," Mr. W. C. Harrington, Euch paper was discussed fully by members. Votes of. thanks were passed the writers of tlio articles, which arc to be printed in the Transactions. Mr. E. AY. Hunt occupied the chair.
