The New Zealand Crown Mines Company, (whose property, is at Karangahake, beteen Paeroa, and Waihi). proposes to-volun-tarily wind up, and to form a now company with a capital of £100,000 in 4s. shares, giving tho Consolidated Goldfields of New Zealand the option at par of 150,000 shares for guaranteeing the working capital.
