It.was decided to ask the Wanganni Association to register red - and white as their district colours, but at tie same time Wanganui were granted permission to play in fed and black ei- . .'cept when they are pitted against Can- . terbury, when they should play in white. .■■ The Wellington Football Association wrote agreeing to suggested alterations to the Brown shield rules and suggested one or. two further minor alterations.
