At, 7.12 p.m., at 122 Molosworth Street last; night, /a boardinghouse, occupied by Mrs. Caroline Smith, was observed to be on fire. Oh tho arrival of tho Fire Brigade tho outbreak was discovered to lie of a trifling character, an, upstairs bed being .slightly, damaged. Ten minutes . later t.ho . brigade wero summoned to 88 Victoria Street, where an outbreak had been discovered in a rubbish box, situated in whit was apparently a signwriter's workshop. Tho occupants arc not known. .Tho outbreak was not a serious one, somo slight damage being dono to a wall.
