IRISH BUTTER.
WINTER MANTTFACTURE ADVISED,

The Irish Butter Committee's report states that stoppage of production for the winter is most harmful to" the' industry. The committee advises that . butter should be manufactured during thewinter, which would obviate the objectionable practice hitherto customary - of Irish creameries purchasing colonial and foreign- butters and .reselling ;them without indication of their origin, Irish or not. ■; The report refers, to the educational advantages of New Zealand's systemof grading. ;
