DECISION OF CABINET. "MATTER CANNOT BE REOPENED." la connection with the Knyvett case the Prime Minister (Sir Joseph Ward) telegraphed to Mr. J. F. Dickson, chairman of the Knyvett Defence Committee at, Auckland, as follows :— "With regard to the Knyvett case and your telegram concerning the same, the representations made to the Hon. Dr. Findlay and theHon. G. Fowlds by a deputation in Auckland on February 16 were fully considered by Cabinet yesterday, and it was decided that the Government could not reopen the mat- : ter. (Signed) J. G. Ward."
