Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. announce in our auction columns that ta day,, at 11.30 a.m., at Messrs. Dalgety and Co. s,, Ltd., saleyards, Upper Ilutt, they will sell, under instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court, a dairy farm at Mungaroa, together with a herd of dairy cattle.' The farm comprises three lots of land: Lot 1 containing an area of 168 acres, Lot 2 six acres, whilst a plan showing Lot 3, as well as the , other sections, may be seen in'the rooms of the auctioneers., The cattle to be : offered comprise '33 cows, 11 head of young dairy stock,' one bull, and three horses.
