All the principal mails by train and steamer close at To Aro and Courtenay Place post offices at the same hours ae at the Chief Post Office, with the oxcep" tion that there is no late-feo clearance. Unless otherwise specified, registered jotters .and. parcels-post packaces must be handed in and money-orders "obtained one hour boforo the ordinary mail closes. All books and-sample-packets and newspapers for places within tho Dominion must be posted half an hour before tho ordinary lotter-mail oloses. Money-orders for abroad must bo obtained two hours before the advertised time of closing mails. ■
