Fine weather again favoured the concluding races of the Kilbirni© Model Yacht Club's regatta; 1 During the progress of tho races the wind changed from south to north, and as a result many yachts turned back before having reached the finishing line. In the General Handicap seven yachts startea, while in the Consolation Handicap there were threo competitors. Zol won the General Handicap, bringing her total achievements for the season up to two seconds and ono first. The result of the General Handicap Race is as follows:—Zel (K Palmer), 21min. (30sec), 1; Flirt (J. Nixon), 23min. (scr.), 2; Waitangi (K. Mitchell), 2Cmin., (4min.)i 3. Also started: Chnmpiou (E. Topp), I'scr.); Falcon (S. Jones), (limin.); Vigilant (K. Mitchell) (Gmin.); Herald (V. Cauty) (Ginin.). Tho first three yachts wero the only ones to finish, the rest having returned home. The Consolaiton Race was won by Fal-con-(S. Jones), 28min. (scr.), 1; Waitangi (K. Mitchell), COmin. (scr.), 2; Herald (V. Cauty), 73}iuin. (Bmin.) ( 3. Waitangi started Omin. late.
