• ■ r --. A PHLLLIP DOCUMENT OF "1792. By Telegraph—Press Association— GoDy'rleht . Sydney; March 10. The Lands Department has unearthed a map giving a plan of Tort Jacksbn in 1792. The plan bears a note in the handwriting of the first Governor (Captain Phillip), which sets forth that all the lands' and buildings within the boundary defined as Sydney shall remain the property of the Crown. The historic document has been sent to the Mitchell Library;
