. tAccording to yesterday's advices, eight ihembers of the Swope family found bail, to the extent of ,£IO,OOO, for Dr.- Hyde (who is married to a niece of Col. Sivopb, and medically, attended members of the family). Dr. Hyde was charged in the first place with. causing' the dbath of Col. Swope and C6L bwopo's nephew. It has been.announced, that, an analysis shows that Col. Swope died of stfychhiae poisoning.] ■~■•.
