Owing to the ill-usage of some Carlton girls by North Melbourne roughs, about 300 Carlton men and girls engaged in an all-round fight last.night with a largo body of North Melbourne larrikins. The fight lasted for two hours. Sticks and stones were used, a large number of the combatants being injured. The police arrested several of the ringleaders. About 600 took part in the affray. .
