Messrs.'- Dalgety and . Co., Ltd,, | report having held: their' usual weekly sale at Kkstaliuuo. on Friday, February .10.: Entries'in both sheep and cattle came in in excess of advertised, numbers. Sheep sold (although bidding at auction was dull) fairly well. We sold practically our whole yarding, two pens going, out unsold. Outside buyers were fairly numerous,, and bought: tho. bulk of our'yarding, local requirements are , seemingly filled. (There was spirited-, bidding for all cattle, and we made a total. clearing, of, a big yarding. We; quote Sheep: l'wo-tooth, wethers, to IDs. 9d.;' fresh foil-mouth- ewes, 7s. 7s. 3d., 7s; 9d., to 10s. fid.; aged ewes, 3s. to 7s. 3d.; small lambs, to 6s. 9d.; extra good-two-tooth owes, Ms. Bd. Cattle: 'Cows and calves to £3 155.; empty cows. £3 10s,; aged bullocks, to £6 65.; three to. three and' .a half-year bullocks,. £5 <!s. to £5 ! 10s-; eighteen-month steers, to £3.125. 6d.; yearling heifers, 355. to 375. 6d.; two-year heifers, £2 10s., to £3 ,15s.;;mixed wcancrs, 275. to 325. / The New ■ Zealand loan land.
