PUBLIC SERVICE BOAUD. .' At a.meeting of. the Public Service' Superannuation Bipard, held last week, the following committees were: appointed. for the ensuing; year Messrs. Foynton and Richardson, and ■ Colonel Collins,, to draft ■the annual report; Messrs. Allport, Kensington, and Huggins, .to • report upon claims ' for retiring l allowances, refunds, etc., which' are to bo considered,.by the board at future meotngs. The, secretary'was .instructed to take all the necessary steps .with respect to tl\e question of amalgamating tho Police Provident Fund and the Public- Service Superannuation Fund, and .also to , arrange for- the, election of. a member of .'tho board to represent the Police Fund.: The amount to credit of the fund on December .31, 1909, wits stated to be J5148,340' 9s. sd?
