SUPREME COURT, MABTERTON CABMAN. All Judges 'of the Supremo Court being out of town yesterday, the Jteffistrar, Mr. D, G. A. Cooper, presided at a sitting in Bankruptcy. Application was mado that Alfred John Leahy, cabman, of Jlasterton, should bo adjudicated a bankrupt. Jlr. A. .Fair appeared for the petitioning creditors, Mes«rs, ,J. D. Cruickshank and Co,, Ltd, of Mastertoh. . 1 1. The ground of the petition was that Leahy was indebted to the petitioning oreditors in the sum of .£SB 15s. lid., a judgment having been obtained nftainst him for this amount in the liasterton Magistrate's Court. This had not been satisfaed, inasmuch as a returh of nulla boiia had been made to a distress warrant issueil on October 13 The order of adjudication wag granted as prayed.
